Equity launches its Property Cash Back Program enabling Property Developers to reclaim up to 100% their Property Development Costs

Equity Real Estate Investment & Business Trust (Equity), licensed in Las Vegas, Nevada, provides property developers the opportunity to reclaim up to 100% of their real estate development costs through the Property Cash Back Program.

Equity is the only licensed Trust that offers a Property Cash Back Program to it's developer clients. It allows development companies to sell residential or commercial properties with Cash Back Rewards of 100% of the project development costs.

The Home Builder pays a maximum of 6% of the property selling price as tax deductible marketing expenses for the Property Cash Back Program to Equity Business Trust. Then Equity Business Trust places these funds into a trust account with one of its partner banks and Investment Managers. The annual rate of return is guaranteed 13% and is secured by purchasing high yield Government Bonds.

The principal will earn interest and compound interest adding to the total amount over the term of the Property Cash Back Program, thus ensuring a Cash Back of up to 100% of the project development costs at maturity.

Home Builders have the option to receive partial cash back redemption's after a minimum period of 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21 or 25 years based on the accumulated value of the Property Cash Back Certificate at the time of their request.

At the end of the 25 year term the Property Cash Back Certificate holder receives the exact amount available for payment as stated on his/her Property Cash Back Certificate, as the money in the guaranteed Property Cash Back Program are then used to pay each qualifying holder of a Property Cash Back Certificate with the maximum amount.

The developer has the option to transfer ownership of his/her Property Cash Back Certificate to any third party such as an irrevocable trust, in order to enjoy maximum tax benefits and protect his loved ones from unwelcome tax liabilities. It can also be bequeathed in a will.
