a complete real estate consulting & asset management company
we render services to our partners, Government and corporate
clients worldwide. Equity has formulated and implemented various
successful methodologies for value enhancement to client overall
investment and real estate portfolio’s. We pride ourselves
on the fact that we maintain a staff of both experienced and
educated professionals who bring a variety of diverse experiences
to each of our assignments.
Whilst
the team of professionals assigned would be assignment specific,
Senior Partners of Equity would be assigned together with
the Equity President and CEO personally being allocating resources
to the project. For example, in our real estate and associated
developments both an architect and a quantity surveyor and/or
consulting engineer would form part of the team. Equity makes
this expertise available, on a consulting basis, to assist
our global client base in all aspects of investment fund and
business growth formulation, real estate development, joint
venture opportunities, community developments, global cement
supply chain, investment guidance, stock exchange listings
both within the United States of America and abroad.
Our
CEO and our Senior Partners have extensive knowledge in real
estate investments, trust and REIT management and project
developments. We have on board Senior Executives who have
been Vice Presidents of several major property development
companies and are currently managing director's of a multinational
conglomerate (REIT) with two hundred million US Dollars of
assets under management. Our Executives hold both MBA's in
Economics and PhD's in management and have completed advanced
courses and seminars in real estate and strategic negotiation
at Harvard Business School. Our expertise goes further into
